skype for busiess can not chat to internal RRS feed

    Dear Forum,

    I has an issue with my skype for business server that all External users can chat to my skype for business but my internal skype for business users can not chat to the External, and I checked on the event viewer It so the error message as below; I don't know what the message error, and I hope that forum can help me.

    To this issue, we suggest you check if the federation domain has been added into allowed list under SIP federated domain as the following snapshot:
