    RE: Incoming Email Rules

    Is there a problem with the 'Move a copy to the specified folder' rule in Outlook 365 Home?

    It doesn't work on incoming emails, displaying a 'Rule Error'.

    The rule to 'Move it to a specified folder' works OK.

    But, I need a copy to remain in the Inbox.

    The "Move a copy to the specified folder" rule is supposed to work in Outlook.

    Have you tried recreating the rule in Outlook?

    What specified folder do you want to move a copy of messages to? Is the folder in a separate PST file opened in Outlook?

    In addition, please also try disabling all other rules in your Outlook and then check if this issue continues. This step could help determine if there is any other rule that is conflict with current rule.
