I can't see a header while in print preview nor print it when in Word 2010 but I can in Word 2007. The header consists of two images.
What can I do so that I can print from Word 2010 and have the header appear on the printed page?

Just to be clear, did you look through all the options mentioned in the article at http://wordfaqs.mvps.org/InvisibleGraphics.htm?
