Hello All- I ran the IRM checker tool and below is the result that I see on the computer with Win 7 os - Not sure how do I get the certificates to work or solve the issue .

The Only issue due to which its not working is the certificate as I see the Colum to be Blank , can anyone through some light .

Looks like everything boils to -Machine not activated
Is there a way other than formatting to fix this if yes how and what can be done to automate this process .

I see the problem is more connected to Task Scheduler not able to trigger the ADRMS feature and also the DRM folder is all blank , There is No GIC or Machiene .Cert files which is there on computer which it works .
Any suggestion please !!!

How are you trying to protect documents? Do you use Office? Which version (Pro / Standard / etc), 2010/2013/... 32 bit / 64 bit?

Yes I use office 2010 Professional Edition both 32 and 64 Bit .
I have windows RMS server 2003 with Rights management as 1.0 with SP2 .
The issue is on the computer when I login its unable to find any file in DRM Folder - But when I login with other User (SAME OU Same GP )
Its able to find the Cert -Machine.Drm file and it works but not sure why it doesn't on My Login . Let me know if you need any logs .

I have Ran the IRM check from -http://aka.ms/irmcheck and posted the result in my first post .
The problem is when i login or other users do -The DRM folder is blank and it will not populate with Cert-Machine.drm and other files .
C:\Users\Userid\AppData\Local\Microsoft\DRM is all balnk !!!

The funny thing is that your office gets not detected. If I run irmcheck on mine machine I have no problems with office detection. Could you try to protect a document from office and send trace output using advanced techniques (see http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/7700.ad-rms-troubleshooting-client-side-tracing.aspx)

Wow, haven't seen anything like this until now :). But according to your log I see that the client indeed cannot activate.

...
0x8004cf79 means as per http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa362575(v=vs.85).aspx E_DRM_MANIFEST_POLICY_VIOLATION. The only thing I could find is
