Multiple Accounts on single profile not working at Outlook 2016 RRS feed

    Active Directory - Windows Server 2012 R2

    Client Operating System - Windows 7 x64 Sp 1

    Outlook 2016

    The user having multiple accounts in outlook 2016 not able to send mails from secondary account,it remains in secondary account outbox.If configure new outlook profile for the above mentioned secondary account outgoing mails no issue.

    The Primary accounts having relevant permission to access and send mails from secondary accounts mailbox.

  • Hi Sreesankar,

    How did you add this secondary account in Outlook 2016 Profile, adding it in Account Settings > New to setup account or Account Settings > More Settings > Advanced tab > Additional Mailbox? What's the From field about the outgoing email? 

    Please try to select the secondary account listed in folder panel, click New Email, make sure the From field is set to the secondary account. Click Send to have a try.

    Also go to Send/Receive tab, click Send/Receive All folders to force email sending manually. Confirm if the emails can be send out successfully.

    Make sure you have Send As permission to the secondary account in Exchange side.
