This is one of those non-error errors that people ask a lot of questions about, but are fundamentally normal things happening normally. you are probably accessing the Web content or Web Data access services with a web browser, but these are not intended
to be accessed by web browser, so you are getting the response (to paraphrase a web service) "go away, no tourists, come back when you have a real request to give me."
Consider the Documentation on this process, and ensure you have all of the peices, specifically the SharePoint portal.
