I am no longer able to download photos from my camera. I was able to do this in the past. When I plug into the ibs, it clicks the camera off. I took the camera to my daughter's and it worked fine. I am wondering if some update on
microsoft may have blocked this. My mouse works in every port. I have tried every port with the camera. I spent hours on line with Dell and Norton and no solutions. I have not had any trouble with the computer--it is nearly 3 yrs. old.
I have windows vista. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
