You can connect regular ISDN to Lync, but it is done via a gateway which essentially converts the ISDN to SIP to Lync can understand it. There are also Survivable Branch Appliances that as well as being a gateway can provide additional voice resiliance.

The above gateways are for voice. Video to your Sony VC unit may be more challenging. I am unaware of any ability to do video over ISDN with Lync. You can do video over IP, but only if the Sony unit supports the IP and a common video codec, even with this
setup, the only common codec is likely to be CIF which isn't great resolution.
Again there are gateways to bridge the two worlds for video (see Radvision, Cisco, Polycom) but they are typically quite expensive. If you want HD you are looking for something that supports/transcodes RTVideo.
