Lot of monitoring errors - how can i fix the problem RRS feed

    Some clients ( about 20% ) have Monitoring error.

    Some started working after uninstall the agent and reinstall it. But there are some clients - the error will not disapear.

    There is also a Server which has the state "Monitoring: Error" but it was ok, after reinstalling - after one day it falls back to "Monitoring: Error".

    I tried to stop ops service and delete file and start it again.
    But there was no effekt. Also the switch /clearchache has no effect.

    Hi,

    Please open SCE console, go to Monitoring spcae, choose "Active Alerts", the detail error messages will be displayed here.

    Also, if you make sure all the clients are OK, you can close these alerts in "Active Alerts" pane

    Hello,

    this is a mistake - the errors i can see in "Active Alerts" are the "Integrität..." Erros - my Problem is the "Verwaltungsstatus" which means where the "Monitoring error" occours.

    See the detail of client in the Screenshoot.
