DirectAccess clients cannot connect to all resources on the corporate network. RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have setup an dual-homed DirectAccess solution in an cluster whit two server, today I wanted to try to add Ipv6 to each internal nic, this worked fine but i get an error within the Dashboard that the client cannot connect to all resources within the IPv6 subnet. Now, there are no really resources that use that IPv6, instead we have setup another server that will manage the DirectAccess clients outside the corporation, thus the server will only communicate whit the DirectAccess servers.

    I wonder now how I can remove this warning or if i can safely ignore it. The first one is preferred.

    For my understanding the routing is added automatically during the wizard and I could see they are added in each server.

  • Have you run the DirectAccess Troubleshooting Tool (DCT) from a DirectAccess Client while it is connected?

    The DCT will point out what is missing.

  • Well, it's not the clients that have the problem they could reach all the resources. It's more the warning inside the dashboard that have this error.
