Laptop Stops responding RRS feed

    Hi!

    I just bought this Packard Bell laptop (Windsows 7) and it will just stop responding while i'm working. Most of the time, when i open videos (Youtube) or try to make video calls on Windows messenger. It doesn't hang on skype or yahoo messenger. It's a brand new laptop and just after a few days of use, it started to hang or not respond. I tried the Ctrl-Alt-Del shutdown but that did not work even. I have to shut it down pressing the power button and restart again to use it. Any help would be appreciated.

    What is the model of the laptop? I suggest you download the Windows 7 compatible drivers for the webcam and video adapter from manufacturer and install them.
