Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade to Windows 7

I have a PC that is running windows vista ultimate that I believe I got through my enterprise agreement. I am trying to upgrade the computer to Windows 7 but I cannot find 7 Ultimate to download from microsoft licensing.

Any suggenstions?

Here is the Windows 7 Ultimate information on Microsoft website. We can choose the download option to get it:

Or you are talking about the free upgrade option (if we meed the requirement, we can upgrade current Windows Vista to Windows 7)? If so, we will need to contact the computer manufacturer for further information.
