Remote Desktop greyed out

    Question

  • Clean install of Windows 10 Pro 1607 then connected to SBS 2011 network. Can't ping the system nor change the Remote Desktop settings (they're set to "Allow remote connections to this computer"), see attached. Any thoughts?

  • In the Star Search type in gpedit.msc and hit the Enter key.

    Now open:

Computer configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Remote Desktop Services | Remote Desktop Session Host | Connections

In the right-pane, double-click Allow users to connect remotely using Terminal Services, set it to Not configured.
