Inaccurate totals after in-place upgrade AS2005->AS2008 RRS feed

  • Question

  • We recently in-place upgraded from AS2005 SP2 to AS2008 SP1 and redeployed/reprocessed cubes.  Totals for aggregatable fields (like a distinct count of unique customer IDs) are now showing as sum totals rather than true aggregate totals in exsiting ProClarity briefing book reports.  The 'All' level data is correct, and existing totals switch to proper values if the 'All' level is selected in addition to any children.  It does does not matter if the briefing book is being viewed with ProClarity 6.1.xxx or 6.3.129.200.  Any suggestions as to the cause for this behavior?  Thanks.

  • Hi Terry,

AS2008 is only supported in ProClarity SP2+.  What you'll want to do for this is try upgrading to the latest service pack and then see if the issue is resolved:
