The Same Problem RRS feed

  • Brian,

I have the same problem as your. I just bought  a notebook, with Windows Vista. In the begining the DVD was working, but yesterday somehow it disapeared. I don't know what happened, because the DVD is new and that's for time using problems.

I'm trying to find an answer about this problem "code 10", but I haven't found any solution

  • This could be the result of incorrect drivers or a conflict with previous drivers from a different video card. You should download the latest driver for your video card, and before installing them  maually uninstall & delete any other video drivers.

If new drivers don’t help, then you may need to make a change to one of your BIOS settings. Somewhere in the BIOS Features area, you may find an option called Assign IRQ To VGA. This is especially prevalent on older systems. This option must be enabled. (Some newer boards may lack this option and merely enable it automatically.) Save your settings and exit.

    Hope that helps
