Facing Issue in Outlook RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am facing an issue on Outlook.

    Whenever I open outlook it shows below message. And to resolve this issue I need to re-create the user profile again & again.

    I am using Exchange 2013 and Outlook client 16.

    To help narrow down the problem, could you please collect the detailed build number of your Outlook via File > Office Account > About Outlook so that we can do more research on this?

    Besides, whether this issue occurs only on your computer or there are many people in your organization have this issue as you?
