Request from Azure to SQL on premises RRS feed

  • Hello Guys!

    I'm provisioning a new  envrioment in Azure to migrate my on premises infraestructure to Cloud, Howerver I'm havinig some problems to get information from SQL server on premises from my app run in azure.

    In ODBC, when I configure a new connection using named pipe or TCP/IP client, it works.

    From any server who be running in my tenant on Azure, I get no information from SQL Servers on premises, for example:

    I also a tested  using the UDL file but whitout sucess. 

    Error showed with UDL file: 

    [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect().]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

    After analyzed the wireshark logs i find out this information:


    The server did try get information from SQL to start connection using SMB, but when i try from a local server, him using only tcp connection and him get the information.

    I hope whe someone can help me.
