Using Outlook 365, folder structure is gone from viewing, can't get it back showing RRS feed

  • Working with Outlook 365 for a while now. I have about 50 something folders and sub-folders. They are showing in my Outlook PC client and they were also showing in the Web based Outlook 365.

    Something happened to the view and now, all the folders are not showing. I know they are still there, just can't figure out, how to bring back the folder view...

  • Hi,

    In Outlook 2016, please go to View tab, in the Layout group, click Folder Pane > Normal. Then confirm if your folders are visible.

    If the issue persists, please close Outlook, restart Outlook with the following steps:
    Press Win+R to open Run in Windows, type Outlook /resetnavpane, press Enter.
