Not able to access the Azure billing API to download the reports

Question
-
we are pointing to the below endpoint through cloud cruiser to download the usage file
https://ea.azure.com
The API does not seem to be working today we were getting "HTTP/1.1 404 Report not available error"
Is there any change in the API? can someone help us resolve the issue ASAP?

Hi,
I tried configuring the Enrollment number of a test account (100) along with its access key , i was able to fetch the data but when i tried with the enrollment number and accesskey assigned to my organisation it was showing report not available does it mean that the data is not available for this enrollment number through API? the same was working fine a few days back.
