Missing business notes RRS feed

  • Hello

    I have been using Outlook for some time now, constantly adding contact and such. One problem that I run accross quite often is missing business notes. I will add a note to a contact, and I will print it out. But if I try to go retrieve the note, the note is missing. I seem that I can only find the most recent note added, not any of the notes prior to that.

    I am running Windows 7 32 bit, Outlook 2007.

    If you store contact information in outlook data file(.PST), the outlook data file(.PST)  might corrupted, please try to create a new outlook data file(.PST) test if it helps.

    If the problem does not appear, you can use scanpst.exe tool repair old outlook data file.
