I have Windows Vista Ultra 32bits and I am unable to open the Security Center by double-clicking on the icon in the Control Panel. I am able to open the Windows Defender and Firewall, the programs sems to work properly and do not get any error messages at all.
How do I fix the computer to open the Security Center by clicking on the icon in the Control Panel?
