SQL2012 on SCCM2007

  Hi,

  Good to know upgrade is possible and MS supported scenario, however appreciate info on below points

  1. Is it supported and harmless to upgrade SQL to 2012 on child primary while central still runs SQL 2008 R2 (in SCCM 2007 hierarchy) ?
  2. I see these articles are needed for upgrade from SQL 2008 to SQL 2012( Article 2676776 & Article 2676737)…are they prerequisites for upgrade or break fix install of issues post SQL 2012 upgrade ?
