Call forwarding to a workflow isn't recognized as a forwarded call

  Hi,

  It is by designed as Response Group does not honor any personal forwarding settings or action. So there is no display saying that the call is forwarded from XY when the call arrive response group. You may post a question on MSDN forum to see if this feature can be developed. Thank you for your understanding.

  Hello everybody

  I have an question about the call forwarding feature in Lync:

  If I forward a call to a another user, then Lync shows that this call is forwarded from XY. But when I forward a call to response group (workflow) there is no information that this call is forwarded from XY.

  Is there any possibility to display in a response group that a call is forwarded?
