Recycle bin

  There are multiple levels/types of recycle bins (users/sites/site collections). Please check if your 'missing' items are in the higher levels (typically all items could be found in the site collection bin: /_layouts/15/AdminRecycleBin.aspx).

  Hello,

  Which recycle bin folder you are checking?

  Go to your site or subsite -->click "view all site contents" from site action-->now click on recycle bin folder.

  This question is posted in legacy forum so there is no 15 folder in legacy version (15 folder introduced in SP 2013). Your link should be like this:
