How to create same agenda in recurring meeting workspace? RRS feed

  • hi there,

    I trie to create a calendar with recurring event repeating about 12 times. When I finished creating the agenda, attendees on the first event in meeting workspace I noticed that I need create the same thing on the 2nd ... till the last. If I want to make all the events same agenda and attendees, how can I copy them to the other events? There must be some way to do this for the same contented meetings. Thanks in advance.

  • Try this first in a new "test" workspace to see if it is what you want as it is not undoable (except by creating a new list.)

    1. Display the workspace site.
    2. Click the title of the Agenda web part to go to the list page.
    3. Click Settings and List Settings
    4. Click Advanced Settings
    5. In the "Share List Items Across..." section click "Yes".
