How do i find the existing databases to move to a new computer? RRS feed

    I am upgrading a clients existing SCADA program (which I did not create) from a computer with Windows XP to a computer with Windows 8.1 Pro. I was able to successfully move the SCADA program but the creator used SQL 2008 R2, which I have installed on the new computer. I have no idea what files names are or database names are. How do I find and move all of the items SQL needs to make this SCADA system work. No other programs were were used on this computer just the SCADA program. I have never used SQL anything before.
