Word 2000 Help

Question
-
Hello, I have a French version of MS Word 2000, which I bought in France.
(I really hate the nerwer "improved" versions of Word).
I am searching for a copy of the Help file in English, as the French Help is not very easy to use, even though I've been reading French for decades.
Does anyone know how I can obtain the Word 2000 Help in English?

Hi Slack,
IIRC, you get the choice of installation language when installing Word/Office. If so, you may be able to change the installation settings via the Windows Control Panel. Do note that this will affect menus etc also. Alternatively, you may be able to find something useful here: http://www.office.microsoft.com/en-us/office-2000-resource-kit/
There really isn't much available specifically for Office 2000 anymore, as MS no longer supports it. FWIW, Office 2003 has much the same user interface and features as Office 2000.

The easiest solution is to read articles directly at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/.
If you want to download English Help to your computer, purchase an English language pack, which includes not only help files but also menus and dialog boxes in English. See http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/language-packs/?CTT=5&origin=HA010354264.

Hi Stefan,
Your advice applies to Word 2010, but the OP asked about Word 2000...
