Informal Response Group not working RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have LYNC 2013 enterprise voice environement. we have configured Informal response where alert time 20sec and routing method is Attendant.

    While calling on main number all agent should get the call according to Attendant routing method.

    However if we call main number (hunt group number) then it is continuosly calling but agents does not get this call.

    How to troubleshoot this issue?

  • Please check all Lync services on Front End Server are started.

    Run Lync Logging Tool on Mediation server to collect the log file for further troubleshooting.
