  • When I send an email from outlook express error pops up and says errors occured please review details (but the details box is empty). Then it transfers my message to the out box. After some investigating we found that the email was going through to the recipient and also being placed in the outbox. So then we thought OK, just delete it out of the outbox and before we send another one as everytime we send a new message the previous messages were being sent again....but that for some reason deletes it ....but not to the deleted items. We can not find those emails now. Please advise of how to correct this if possible.

  • If you're using Outlook Express, you're in the wrong forum.

    If you're using Outlook which comes as part of the Office suite, please identify what version of Outlook you are using and also please identify what type of mail accounts you are using (POP, Exchange, etc.)
