Follow the steps as sited here to create Windows 10 installation media (USB flash drive or DVD) you can use to install a new copy of Windows 10, perform a clean installation, or reinstall Windows 10.

There was very little information in the opening post.
Open the website for the computer > support > enter the computer's product or serial number or model > view drivers and BIOS > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread
When the computer is powered on what do you see?
color
icons
rotating dots
wall paper
logon
message
code
What do you hear?
beeps?
sounds?
What were the error messages?
What were the error codes?
What were the troubleshooting steps that were already attempted?
startup repair
system restore
reset save files
safe mode
command prompt
What was the original operating system on the computer?
Was the computer upgraded during the free period?
Had you made a backup image?
Had you backed up files?
If you needed to would you be able to perform a clean install?

Hi,
If your PC is preinstalled with Windows 10, please contact Acer support since it could be in the warranty period。
If you haven't try steps below, please try them first: but I have to say that this behavior could make data lost.
Follow this guide to boot into Windows 10 recovery environment by using the bootable disk or USB. https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/windows-10-advanced-startup-options-menu
Then we can choose Reset Option to install Windows 10.
