During Win 08 OS deploy via SCCM 2012 Task sequence: Cannot read available data with winhttp: 80072ee2 RRS feed

    When deploying Win 8 to Dell Latitude 10 ST2 tablet PC's via SCCM Task Sequence I get repeated errors "cannot read available data with winhttp: 80072ee2" every time a new TS routine runs. The error causes an 8 minute delay in the TS. Since there are many TS routines, this is causing the deployment to take well over 36 hours to run. The same Task Sequence runs without error in a VM environment that shares the same network configuration. Anyone know what might be causing these 80072ee2 errors?

    80072ee2  = ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT. You have to examine smsts.log to get an idea what the client is trying to do at that point.
