Recovery Key RRS feed

  • Question

  • Have been trying to enter my recovery key , but it allows me to enter the numerals and not the aphabets .

Had the same thing happen before ad after trying it over several days , it finally allowed me to enter both.

This time it's been over several weeks , where I've tried several times each day without success.

  • Hi,

After reading your issue, we consider it may be caused by the keyboard.

I suggest you press "NumLock" due to I infer you enable it in keyboard and then check the issue.

If it doesn't work, you can change another USB keyboard to test the issue.

Please kindly tell us whether it works.

    Best Regards

    Simon
