    May be this small PS-script can help you:

    Import-Module SMLets
    $obj = Get-SCSMObject -Class (Get-SCSMClass -Name System.WorkItem.Incident.GeneralSetting$)
    Set-SCSMObject -SMObject $obj -Property MaxAttachments -Value 20

  • Did anyone find a way to make these changes? Using SCSM 2012 and encountering an issue where i'd like to make the change but the script above doesn't do anything.

  • I strongly recommend against make ANY changes directly to the database. It's unsupported and can eventually cause problems with your environment..even something as simple as changing a property.

    Did you try setting it in "Incident Settings" in the Settings view under Administration in the console?

    I never noticed that before..I only ever lowered my limit..I never raised it
