Upgrade MOSS 2007 to MOSS 2007 SP2 SP3

Question

Hello, everybody.
Server is installed on MOSS 2007 SP2.
I'm having trouble upgrading to MOSS 2007 SP3.
It is a prerequisite to be installed WSS 3.0 SP3.
In all attempts to install WSS 3.0 or WSS 3.0 SP2, 3.0 SP3 or WSS errors are generated, which are recorded in the Event View:
Event Type: Error Event Source: MsiInstaller Event Category: None Event ID: 11706 Description: Product: Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 1046 Lang Pack - Error 1706. An installation package for the product Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 1046 Lang Pack can not be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package 'wssmui.msi'.
In another attempt to run wssmui.msi as suggested, there was another error.
Event Type: Error Event Source: MsiInstaller Event Category: None Event ID: 11334 Description: Product: Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 1046 Lang Pack - Error 1334. The file 'XLTMPL.XLSX_1046' can not be installed because the file can not be found in file 'STS.CAB'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
I hope the comments of you to help me update.
Note:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server Extensions\12.0\Server Languages\1046 (Value vazio)
