Server is installed on MOSS 2007 SP2.
I'm having trouble upgrading to MOSS 2007 SP3.
It is a prerequisite to be installed WSS 3.0 SP3.
In all attempts to install WSS 3.0 or WSS 3.0 SP2, 3.0 SP3 or WSS errors are generated, which are recorded in the Event View:

Description:
Product: Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 1046 Lang Pack - Error 1706. An installation package for the product Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 1046 Lang Pack can not be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package 'wssmui.msi'.
In another attempt to run wssmui.msi as suggested, there was another error.
