Adobe Flash newly installed used to view Ted Talks presentations Full Screen, with Windows 7 32 Bit has message "Press Escape to Exit Full Screen" through the duration of the Talk. This is not true for Wndows 7 64 Bit or Vista also in this computer.
It seems to be more of Adobe side issue, I kindly recommend you to contact Adobe for help. For references, I would like to suggest you unisntalling and reinstalling the latest version of Adobe Flash Player under Windows 7 32bit.
