    Hi all

    I am looking for a way to recover Hard Deleted items from Exchange 2010 owa

    I used to do it from Exchange 2003 (cmd=showdeleted).

    Cant find how to do it from exchange 2010. Recover hard deleted (Shift Delete)

    Hi,

    If you pressed Shift+Delete that is considered as soft delete. Item are place in the Recoverable Items folder.

    What is the outlook client you are using?
    If you are using Outlook 2003 than you will have to do registry entry on the client machine.

    If you are using Outlook 2007 and 2010 than Recover Deleted Items are already available, you don't have to make any registry changes.

    Hi Omar,
    You got a good link from Maher Riahi and here is another one http://clintboessen.blogspot.com/2009/10/exchange-2010-dumpster-20.html

    In OWA 2010 you don´t need to create this special URL /?cmd=ShowDeleted anymore.

    So the answer you question is:
    Right-Click the Deleted Items Folder and choose "Recover Deleted Items"
    (even those items that were deleted with Shift+Delete)

    For Exchange 2010 OWA:


    1. Login to Outlook Web Access (OWA)


    2. Right Click “deleted items” -> “Recover Deleted Items”


    3. Select the email and click recover icon
