Office click to run client conversation history incorrect RRS feed

  • Hi,

    It is running hybrid environment, after migrate user from online to on-prem.

    Some users report conversation history can't be save normally, some calls have history but some call didn't have.

    Exhange is running exchange online.

    SfB EWS and MAPI status are OK.

    Because your issue is happen to some users, in order to narrow down the issue, please help us confirm the following questions:
    1.Based on your description, I understand that the conversation history is not saved in outlook client, can you see the normal conversation history in SFB client?
    2.Can you see the conversation history in OWA normally?
    3.Did you mean the issue only appear on the click to run version, MSI version is normal, right?

    For this issue, we suggest you try to rebuild user profile.

    For on premise SFB server, please check if there are any event ID

    Also, run the command line “Get-CsUser <alias>” to check the user attributes, then compare user attributes between the affected user and other user.

    If the still persists, please try to disable and then re-enable the user in SFB control panel.
