Network connectivity is causing audio quality issues

We are facing audio quality isse with the skype meeting.Can you please let know the troubleshooting steps?

Hi US_James,

First you should the SfB monitoring to figure out which part is a problem. Network, Audiodevice, Fe server etc.

Maybe you have to implement also QoS?

You can also use snooper and Wireshark to troubleshoot quality issues.

We solved this after the diagnostic of QoS was not implemented on one device between source client and server.
