Allow user 1 to see incident with support queue = Tier 1 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I created a user role (UR1) where User 1 belongs to.

    I create a queue with criteria where support Group is equal to Tier 1.

    I add above queue to UR1.

    I logged to SCSM console --> I'm still see all incidents.

    could you help me to catch my goal ?

  • Does Tier 1 have a view to see Tier 1 Incidents?  Did you set the Role Views to only see that one view?
