Manual Change activity RRS feed

  • Ok so this is what happens. I have a change request that has three manual activites that follow after manager approval. For some reason I am getting notifications that activies have been assigned to me as soon as the call is logged via the portal. Here is the workflow:

    Customer logs call in portal and requests new hardware, workflow sees that it is a hardware change request and then requires manager approval. If manager approves then three manual activites (Should be) are kicked off, such as purchase hardware, configure hardware, deploy hardware, you probably get the picture.

    That said as soon as it is logged the three manual activites are kicking off without waiting for the manager approval.

    Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

  • Think we have got this sorted now. It looks like the activities window is not updating after a activity is completed if the window is left open. If you close the window then reopen it should work.
