I need a script for automation,
My requirements are
i will get a alert as a mail in outlook(Means some thing wrong in system), So for that what the predefined actions need to be taken we already had a actions list in Ms Excel,
After receiving the alert in outlook it have to navigate to Ms Excel and it should prepare a new mail with the actions to be taken list with To and CC list also(Mail should not sent automatically).
