Employee Monitoring Software is unsafe and was blocked by SmartScreen Filter. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Dear SmartScreen team,

We are a small software developer located in Minsk, Belarus, and we market and sell our own products. However, SmartScreen Filter always flag our software, when downloaded from our own websites, as "unsafe" and delete them from customers' computers.

Obviously, this is a huge problem for us. This false-positive detection of our software by SmartScreen Filter leaves our customers and potential customers confused, damages our reputation.

Note that our products carry digital certificates issued by COMODO. In addition, our products comply with relevant Google advertising policies designed to protect consumers, including its Software Principles.

Our request pertains to the products:
     - eMonit, a employee monitoring software (
       v. -

We appreciate you cooperation in fixing this problem as soon as possible.
Please also provide us the best way to submit new versions to you for whitelisting.

PS. When we click "Report that this file is safe" at "View Downloads", we get error "Your request cannot be completed at this time".

    Thank you.
