Failed to Diagnose Error with Upload (Smartpix/Mobile/Spirit) RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    Have not been able to upload data from the Accu-chek devices to HeathVault.

    Using Sinovo drivers from Connection Centre.

    Have given the devices access permission in HealthVault and linked to my name.

    Drivers find all three devices:

    1. SmartPix
    2. Spirit Insulin Pump
    3. Mobile Glucometer

    Imports data from the device to the PC but then fails to upload to HealthVault with and error saying it cannot diagnose the issue.

    Any suggestions appreciated.
