Email address after domain change RRS feed

  • One of my clients just changed their domain from <xxx>.nl to <xxx>.com. All users got updated in Office 365, but in some cases the email address displayed in Project Online is still the old one. 

    As far as I know the email address displayed in Project Online is the one stored in the User List of O365. The email addresses displayed in this 0365 user list are using the new domain.

    What are we missing?

    is it possible, that users with changed email addresses had been edited recently or are members of a group used for either group or resource sync?

    There will be not direct update, when data is changed in O365. Only with user accounts synced or edited, this cahnge will be shown. Please try to just open one of the missing users. I assume the email address will be displayed with ".com". Am I correct?
