    Hello everybody, I have <g class="gr_ gr_11 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_hide gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins multiReplace replaceWithoutSep replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="11" id="11">missing</g> configuration problem in integration skype for business on-prem and Ayaya telephone S8300 for internal extension only. I can make call form SfB client to Avaya but I cannot make a call from Avaya to SfB client. 
    after check I believe normalization rules not enable in \\<Lync file share>\<server-id>\ABFiles\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\
    00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
    and is called Invalid_AD_Phone_Numbers.txt.

    And after creating <g class="gr_ gr_18 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_hide gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins multiReplace replaceWithoutSep replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="18" id="18">Company_PhoneNumber_Normalization_Rules.txt</g> file that includes normalization and translation rules but not configured because msRTCSIP-GroupingID attribute not configured in active directory.

    what can I do to configure <g class="gr_ gr_21 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_hide gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins multiReplace replaceWithoutSep replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="21" id="21">msRTCSIP-GroupingID</g> attribute in active directory and make a call from Avaya to SfB client?

    Avaya Session Manager not in between.

     SfB client Outbound call to Avaya phone Successfully ring and call but Avaya phone to SfB client inbound call not ring

    After Tracing call from Avaya phone to SfB client

    SIP/2.0 404 No matching rule has been found in the dial plan for the called number
