download location for sft-explorer RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I'm trying to download sft-explorer from the url http://www.virtualapp.net/sft-explorer.html, however this seems to have expired. I've done a quick whois, and it looks like it has been renewed in the last few days, however my browser does not resolve the host. Is version 1.4 available anywhere else?

    Thanks

    Paul.

  • Hi,

interesting. I'm pretty sure I did have a look on that page only a few days ago. Hm..

However, the new version "Application Virtualization Explorer" can be found at http://www.gridmetric.com/products/ave.html. There is a free trial version available.

  • Hello,

I believe the developer removed it as he intends to only support the new version (which I am sure you know about).

  • There was an DNS issue with the SFT Explorer download location. Kalle fixed that, so http://www.virtualapp.net/sft-explorer.html should be reachable again.
