I have reviewed the issues reported and none match my issue. When I try to open a video message left by someone in Skype 6.5.0.158 on my ASUS Windows 7 laptop, I get only a red circle with a white exclamation mark and nothing displays.
When I attempt to send a video message on the same machine, I get a message that an error occurred and to try again later, along with the same red circle and white exclamation mark.
My machine is up-to-date with the latest Windows 7 and Office updates.
I also have an issue with my video showing as upside down, but have corrected that by the use of Many Cam. There needs to be a setting within Skype to rotate the video screen, please.
NOTE - I DO NOT have these Skype issues on any of my devices running android.
