Hello all,
I've spent hours talking with Microsoft company about my problem and they just send me around. I believe anybody can easily replay the problem. I hope it can help to deal with Microsoft. Please do the following:
- Install any PDF printer on Windows 7 x64.
- Open any Windows application, Notepad for example.
- Print to the PDF printer with the settings:
- Paper size ANSI E (36" x 48")
- Resolution 2400 dpi.
I believe that the problem occurs for ANY Windows 7 x64 computer and for
ANY PDF driver. I think the problem is somewhere in the pipe between application and printer driver. Microsoft company just sent me to a driver manufacturer. The driver is fully compatible with
Windows 7 and the manufacturer confirms that the problem occurs for them as well. I do not name the manufacturer because it doesn't matter for the case. Any PDF driver has the problem, because it is the OS problem, I believe.
I would be very appreciated if somebody can repeat the simple steps and share the result.
