Hi,
Given this situation, it is suggested to close your Outlook client and press Win + R to open Run.
- Type outlook.exe /cleanviews (Leave a space after Outlook.exe) > Click OK
- Type outlook.exe /resetnavpane (Leave a space after Outlook.exe) > Click OK.
- Restart your Outlook client and check.
If the issue continues, please try creating and using a new Outlook profile via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile and see if there is any difference.
