Status "All folders are up to date" Missing RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently migrated a couple of users to new computers and I notice that their status bar does not show the user's folder status.  I normally see the status change as the folders are updated but not for these users.  We are using O365 and I see they are connected to the Microsoft Exchange server.  Any ideas on how to make the sync status appear on their new computer?

Other than this, everything looks fine.  I have googled multiple sites but still have not found an answer.

  • Hi,

Given this situation, it is suggested to close your Outlook client and press Win + R to open Run.

    1. Type outlook.exe /cleanviews (Leave a space after Outlook.exe) > Click OK
    2. Type outlook.exe /resetnavpane (Leave a space after Outlook.exe) > Click OK.
    3. Restart your Outlook client and check.

If the issue continues, please try creating and using a new Outlook profile via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile and see if there is any difference.

    Hope this can be helpful.

    Regards,

    Aidan Wang
