Than you will have to add an account with administrative permissions to your client push installation accounts.
And have the dns servers in both forests point to each other using conditional forwarding.
Are the dns servers windows 2003 or windows 2008/2008 r2?

Hi,
Sure ConfigMgr. clients can be installed in different domains and forests. You need to make sure the the server can resolve the client computer name and the other around. You might also need a SLP but have a look at this article from Technet it explains all the stuff - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb632435.aspx

You mean as long as SCCM Server can resolve the client computer name and the other round, then it can work? Then how to make the other domain computer resolve a different domain sccm server?
Can tell in more detail?Tuesday, December 8, 2009 4:17 PM -
Yes, you can but explaining all different ways of achieving this would be a bit much for this forum.
So here are some "counter" questions.
What are you currently using as a client installation method?
Are these domains in a single forest, or separate forests?

Currently I am using client push installation via console.
These domains should be in seperate forests. Domain abc is production environment and Domain cbe is development environment.Tuesday, December 8, 2009 4:29 PM -
